This late summer honey was collected from our site at the Clevercow Organic Dairy in Thornhill. The apiary is set in a long ago abandoned railway cutting within a few hundred metres of a river. The site benefits from lots of uncultivated land with full of wild flowers and trees. This honey has proved very popular on our farmers markets.
