Description
This honey was harvested from our home apiary in Flockton (next to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park), in June of 2020. Light in flavour and set, this honey has been coarse filtered and left to set naturally. It’s very firm in texture and my farmers market customers describe it as crunchy! As natural as you can get it without eating it from the comb.
