This is the best Borage Honey we have ever had, it’s exceptionally clear in clarity and very pale in colour with a delicate flavour. Terrific drizzled on anything, though we like to add it to our herbal teas as it’s really fine and mixes into drinks readily.
Bees and other pollinating insects love the blue borage flowers, and they are great to grow in your garden if you would like to attract insects. It self-seeds so once you’ve grown it once you’ll find it keeps coming back.
